Colorado Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne announced state Blueprint 2.0 winners in Sterling today at the Logan County Courthouse – Logan County and the City of Sterling were awarded the Certified Small Business Community Award and the City of Sterling received Creativity Lab of Colorado Awards.
